Description : - Aloo puri is a quick and easy breakfast recipe. This is prepared with wheat flour and boiled potato and Indian spices which makes it delicious and healthy. Potato pooris are perfect for kids lunch box and office lunch box.
Ingredients : -
1+1/2 Cup Wheat flour
2 medium sized boiled potato (aloo)
1/4 Cup semolina/suji/rava
1/4 Cup fresh & finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
How To Make :-
Add wheat flour, semolina, salt, black pepper powder, carom seeds, turmeric and mix with hands.
Add boiled and grated potato, fresh coriander in flour.
Mix with hands.
Add water and prepare a stiff dough.
Add 1tbsp oil and knead it well.
Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Uncover and knead it again for a minute.
Prepare small lemon size balls from the dough.
Grease the board and ball. Roll in small disc with a rolling pin.
Roll only four-five at a time.
Fry in hot oil on medium high flame.
Take out from oil.
Fry all the puris like this. Enjoy crispy, aloo masala puri.
