Ingredients : -

2 Cup coconut powder
Condensed milk
Cashew nuts
2 tsp warm milk
Yellow food colour
Plastic sheet

Preparations :-

Mix saffron in milk
Heat the pan, put 2 cups of coconut powder in it
Add 1 cup of condensed milk
Cook for 7-8 min on low flame.
Keep the dough aside and let it cool
Add blended cashews to heated pan
Add 2 tbs of condensed milk
Add saffron milk
Mix well on low flame
Add 5-6 drops of food colour
Place the dough on plastic sheet
Make it flat
Make the roll of cashew paste
Roll it with light hand
After 1 hour cut the roll in pieces
Shape them as peda
Garnish them with saffron
Stick cashews with each of them....
Its ready to relish.......
