Ingredients : -

750 ml milk
1 Bowl makhane
1/2 bowl crushed almonds
1/2 bowl kishmish
1/2 bowl crushed cashew nuts
1/2 bowl sugar
3-4 crushed elaichi
Kharbooje ke beej
1 Medium size potato

Preparation :-

Grate the potato
Boil the milk
Cook grated potato in milk for 10 mins
Now put the milk on low flame
Add makhana
Add cashew nuts
Add almonds
Add kishmish
Add kharbooja seeds
Add crushed elaichi
Add saffron
Add sugar
Cook the mixture for 20-30 mins till milk becomes thicker
Its done...
Server it hot.....and relish the taste....
