2 Cup boiled noodles
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 Cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 Cup finely chopped french beans
1/4 Cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp oil
1/4 Cup Maida (APF) + 1 tbsp water for slurry
1tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt

How To Make : -
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and beans. Stir it on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Here I have broken the noodles and boil them in salted and oily water.
Add boiled noodles, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
Give a nice stir. The flame should be on high.
Switch off the flame and add vinegar. Allow to cool completely.
Take out the homemade spring sheets from the zip lock bag.
Method- 1 Place 2tbsp noodle's stuffing on sheet. Roll it tightly and seal properly with flour slurry so that when we fry them the oil will not go inside the roll.
Method- 2 Cut a square sheet in a triangle shape. Place noodle's stuffing and roll it. Seal properly with flour slurry.
Method- 3 Place noodle's stuffing and roll it nicely. Seal it properly with flour slurry.
Fry in hot oil on medium flame till they become crispy.
Take them out. Homemade crispy spring rolls are ready to eat !!
